Interdependency

I am intrigued and fascinated when ideas from one aspect of life impinge and complement thoughts from elsewhere. A serious piece of professional work becomes the spur for a sculpture, a poem and a piece of music. A climb and a conversation about architecture provides the logic for a diagram, article and new venture.

It perplexes me that we feel the need to file people in little labelled boxes, or worse, forced them to earn a living from only one box . So, the interdependence of ideas and people is a strong theme here, as is a search for simple ways to express meaning.
